All products are shipped by the artist using local domestic services such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping charges are estimates provided by Wix based on location of shipment. For specific added charges and services for shipping, such as insurance, please leave a memo on your purchase and the artist will reach out to you within 2-3 business days to discuss options.
Once products are shipped and no longer in the hands of the artist, they are no longer liable for damages. If you receive a damaged product, please reach out by calling (323) 573-0502 for options to replace, refund, or exchange the item.
Return & Exchange Policy
Purchases are final. Any replacements, refunds, or exchanges must be determined by need and validity on a case-by-case basis at the artist's discretion.
